Note!

Minimum time is 1 hour. Each Started Hour for moving becomes full hourly Rate.
Food/food products must be moved by the customer. If it is packed and given to the movers, it is at your own risk. Because the food can leak over other things during transport.
Be sure to specify what is included in your move, as it saves us a lot of time and makes the move smoother, otherwise extra charges may apply.
Borrowed moving boxes must be returned no later than 2 weeks after moving. If you need them longer, please inform the office.
Damages or other complaints are reported to our office immediately but no later than 3 days after the Moving job is completed.

Information required to book a Move with us:

What date do you want us to perform the move?
How close can the truck park to the entrance at both apartments/houses?
We need the addresses you are moving from and to?
How many square meters is the apartment/house you are moving from?
How many square meters is the storage?
Be more specific about the objects we will be moving (e.g. Number of moving boxes from both the apartment/house including boxes from storage, number of furniture, including those in storage, outdoor furniture etc).
Specify fragile items that need to be protected before transport (e.g. Glass furniture, mirrors, TVs, tabletops, Crystal lamps etc)
Is the storage an attic or a basement storage? Should we take the things out of the storage or do you take them out yourself?
Are there furniture that needs to be dismantled (e.g. large bookshelves, wall shelves, sofas etc) if yes, do you want us to do it or do you do it yourself?
Which floor are the apartments on? Are there elevators at both apartments? If yes, is the elevator big enough to take your largest furniture?
Should we take things to the storage in the apartment/house you are moving to?
Do you also want help with packing or move-out cleaning?

Here you will find information on how to pack in the best way:

Moving boxes If you use your own boxes or boxes of a type other than special moving boxes, these should have handles. These boxes should be tied with string before the actual transport. Remember that you can borrow our own moving boxes against a deposit (which is of course refunded upon return) when you book your move. The boxes are both practical and stable. When the box is full, it is simply folded again. The weight of the boxes should not exceed 20 kg and should be well filled. Pack heavier things at the bottom and lighter ones on top. Stack the boxes three by three and mark them on two sides (not on top) so that you can easily see which room they belong to.

Books Never pack a box full of books, pack to half and fill up with light things like pillows, blankets, and clothes.
Glass and porcelain Glass and porcelain require extra careful packing. Wrap the porcelain well in paper and then stack on edge. Fill in all empty spaces with crumpled paper. Glass should be wrapped in kitchen paper and placed in the box. Remember that if you hire a moving company, you should let them pack the fragile items otherwise the company cannot be responsible if something breaks.
Electrical appliances and cords Keep in mind that permanently connected appliances require disconnection by an electrician or plumber. Washing machines also require transport locking of the drum. All cords for TV, video, stereo, etc. should be unplugged and rolled up. Secure them with string or tape.

NOTE! Because IKEA Wardrobes are not made to be dismantled and reassembled, customers who request that we do it anyway must take responsibility if something goes wrong.

Removable legs for beds and tables should be removed and wrapped together with packing tape. .Mirrors, paintings, glass, TV, computers, display cabinets, glass tables, lamps, and other fragile furniture should be wrapped in bubble wrap and point out these things to the movers. . All light bulbs are unscrewed.
Take down loose shelf parts, stack them and bundle them together with string or tape.
Bundle skis, curtain rods, brooms, and similar into easily carried packages. .
Roll up all rugs and tie together.
Small paintings you put in open boxes, let large paintings hang on the wall.
Small flowers you put down in open boxes.
Drawers in dressers and similar should be emptied and removed.
Drawers and doors in dressers and similar that cannot be removed must be taped or wrapped in plastic.
All packing should be done before the move begins, especially moving boxes. If you start packing several boxes during the move, there will be extra charges of 20 kr/box. Sofa with loose seats/cushions should be removed and stuffed in plastic bags and if possible dismantled.

Any complaints after moving must be reported within 3-5 days after the moving has been done.
