This is included in office cleaning:

• Office rooms/open-plan offices Dusting of all accessible free surfaces. Floors are mopped, wet-wiped if needed. Vacuuming of floors and soft carpets

• Lunchroom Dusting of free surfaces on furniture. Cleaning of free surfaces on countertops. Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and wet-wiped.

• Toilets Cleaning of toilet and sink as well as free horizontal surfaces. Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and wet-wiped. Refilling of toilet paper, paper towels, and liquid soap.

• Entrances and corridors Floors are vacuumed, mopped and wet-wiped if needed.

Garbage Garbage is transported to the waste room.

Extra services: In addition, we can help with: Deep cleaning. Window cleaning. Carpet service/entrance mats. Delivery of consumables. Garbage to be transported to recycling center. Taking care of the dishes.

Move-out cleaning with RUT deduction: For hourly or fixed price, please contact the office

Damages or other complaints should be reported to our office immediately but no later than 3 days after the cleaning job is completed. We provide a 3-day cleaning guarantee with the possibility of extension to 5 days.

We advise our customers with move-out cleaning to schedule the cleaning as close as possible to the date when the new tenant moves in.

We offer move-out cleaning with RUT deduction which gives you the opportunity to only pay half the labor cost for the move-out cleaning.

The customer is responsible for parking space for the cleaners or there will be an additional charge of 100 SEK for parking fees.

We are not responsible for circumstances causing delays that we cannot control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, etc.)

 

The following is included in move-out cleaning:

• Living areas: Wiping of all doors. Cleaning of radiators, behind radiators, and external pipes (if accessible). We do not remove stains on walls as it can damage the wall. All windows are cleaned on the inside, between & outside. Window frames and woodwork are wiped. Wardrobes, wardrobe interiors, and surfaces on top of wardrobes are thoroughly cleaned (also internally when these are emptied). Floors, baseboards, thresholds, moldings are vacuumed and wiped.

• Kitchen: The same steps are performed as above. The ceiling is dusted. Stove/Oven is thoroughly cleaned both inside and out. Oven glass is cleaned between (the glass should then be removed by the customer). Floor and wall surfaces behind the stove are cleaned. Kitchen hood and vents are cleaned inside and out. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and cooler are cleaned inside and out, freezer/fridge is aired as long as the freezer is defrosted. Kitchen cabinets, drawers, and spaces behind fridge and freezer are thoroughly cleaned.

Utility room/Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet are cleaned and wiped, and filters are cleaned. Floor drains, vents, and storage spaces are cleaned. Tiled surfaces, floors, and moldings are thoroughly cleaned. Other areas are thoroughly cleaned in a similar manner.

Bathroom & WC: Bathroom cabinets and storage spaces are cleaned (also internally when these are emptied). Mirrors are polished. Toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower cabin are thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Tiled surfaces, floors, and moldings are thoroughly cleaned. The floor drain is cleared and cleaned. Fixed light fixtures are cleaned.

Window cleaning: Window cleaning is for windows without muntins and where it is possible to reach with a regular ladder. If your windows have muntins, you either remove them yourself if possible (to avoid damage from the cleaners) or we clean them as they are. If you have larger windows where a pole or skylift is needed, you must inform us before the job is to be performed. We also need to know if there are any damages or other issues.

 

Optional services (not included in a normal move-out cleaning): Cleaning of glazed balcony/terrace (price depending on size). Regular balcony + 100 SEK after RUT deduction. Cleaning of water traps (under sink and washbasin) + 200 SEK/piece after RUT deduction. Defrosting of freezer + 150 SEK/piece after RUT deduction. Cleaning of garage (incl. any window cleaning. Price depending on size). Cleaning of storage/attic space (incl. any window cleaning. Price depending on size).

BEDROOMS & OTHER SPACES Dust/wet wipe all open surfaces, such as tables, benches, bookshelves, etc. Vacuum carpets (including under the edges) and wet wipe the floor. Dust baseboards, sockets, and lamps (that are reachable). Polish mirrors, Wipe doors, frames, and window sills, Vacuum sofas and armchairs - both outside and under cushions

LIVING ROOM Dust/wet wipe all open surfaces, such as tables, benches, bookshelves, etc. Vacuum sofas and armchairs - both outside and under cushions. Vacuum carpets (including under the edges) and wet wipe the floor. Dust baseboards and sockets. Dust picture rails and lamps (that are reachable). Polish mirrors, Wipe doors, frames, and window sills

KITCHEN Wipe all tiles above the sink, Wipe all kitchen cabinet doors externally. Wipe all appliances externally, including coffee makers, toasters, kettles. Wipe lamps (that are reachable). Clean the sink. Empty the trash. Vacuum and wet wipe the floor. Dust/wet wipe all open surfaces, such as tables, benches, shelves, etc., Wipe doors, frames, and window sills

BATH AND TOILET Wipe all tiles around the toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub. Clean the toilet, shower cabin/bathtub (not disassembled). Wipe lamps (that are reachable). Clean all fittings that are accessible. Vacuum and wet wipe the floor, Polish mirrors. Dust/wet wipe bathroom furniture and appliances externally, Wipe doors, frames, and window sills

NOTE! Minimum time is 1 hour. Each Started Hour Will Be Full Hourly Rate.

Note! The price and conditions apply to normally dirty places. For very dirty places, please inform the office. During the winter season due to cold, we do not clean windows on the outside It is very important that all areas to be cleaned are free from things and important objects e.g. jewelry and documents, inform us of all existing damages in areas to be cleaned. We want information if there are surfaces that are extra sensitive to clean. Give us useful information that helps us so that the customer is satisfied with the cleaning.
